For a direct sales company the field materials are a critical part of a company’s success. Each unique piece must communicate the values of brand, the company vernacular, and most importantly the educate and train their independent sales field.

We created a clear visual language to communicate the sometimes very complex nature of the compensation plan. It clearly lays out the ways to earn and the key behaviors needed to succeed. It outlines the sales field’sĀ career path as well as the key bonuses and advancement opportunities while promoting and extending the company’s brand.
